My approach to weddings is simple – it’s honest and real. I’m pretty much hands off, I don’t tell you what to do, but rather let the day unfold naturally. There are a few times when a bit of organisation helps, like with confetti, and I do also take a few family portraits – BUT pretty much everything else is natural and “documentary” – so lots of candid photos of your wonderful guests having the best day. I also love getting a bit creative for your couple portraits, so we’ll go off and have 15 minutes of you guys alone and having a breather! This organic approach allows me to capture the very essence of your wedding soul and bottle it up for you. I don’t have magic powers (yet!) but I believe that photography is the next best way of doing that!

I have three main packages (based on my favourite films, 8 and 10 hours, plus an hourly rate for short or micro weddings). Each package includes:

  • Wedding Coverage (photography by me)
  • FAST PREVIEWS Within 24-48 hours I’ll send over a small gallery of images from your day.
  • CONSULTATION Pre-wedding logistics meeting to go through all your plans.
  • PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERY You’ll receive a minimum of 500 images (*depending on hours coverage), with unlimited downloads for you and your guests.
  • HIGHLIGHTS SLIDESHOW Beautiful and timeless slideshow set to music, a great way for you and your guests to re-live your day.
  • TRAVEL Travel and any accommodation is covered for UK weddings.

QUESTIONS

Yes, I have a 50 year old 35mm Leica that is pure magic. Actually I have 12 film cameras – but that one is my favourite! I also shoot Holga – because it’s weird and fun!

I have a trusty network of brilliant photographers and we all help each other out if this should ever happen. (Touch wood – it hasn’t happened in the last 15 years).

Yes please – but only if that’s ok. I’m vegan so if it’s a problem I’m more than happen to bring something to eat! Just let me know.

Yes. I like to limit them to between 6-8 groups, as these take time and take me away from capturing your guests having a fabulous time

Anything from 3-6 weeks, I’m quick! I like getting the images to you as quickly as possible. It may take a little longer in busy periods but I’ll advise you if that is likely to happen.

Yes. All over and everywhere. UK travel is included. Destination weddings (i.e. abroad) will incur travel and accommodation fees).

Absolutely. Fully insured with public liability and indemnity.
