Confetti time at Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding -

I had the most amazing time shooting Flossy and Josh’s wedding at Trinity Buoy Wharf. It was my first time photographing a wedding at this iconic former grain store. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a super cool spot sitting on the banks of the river Thames, right across from the Millennium Dome in Greenwich. It’s got a vibrant and creative vibe that instantly made me fall in love with it.

First of all, the setup was absolutely breathtaking. The entire venue was adorned with an array of autumnal flowers, (magnificently grown and curated by Josh’s wonderful mum), giving it a warm and vibrant feel. And let’s not forget the beautiful autumn sun that added a magical touch to the whole scene. Absolutely stunning.

Trinity Buoy creates a stunning backdrop

As a wedding photographer, I always strive to capture the unique essence of each couple and their special day. And at Trinity Buoy Wharf, I was able to do just that. The venue provided such a stunning backdrop that every shot I took felt like a work of art. I focused on capturing the emotions, the little details, and the candid moments that made this wedding so special.

One thing that stood out to me was how much love and joy filled the air. The couple were radiating happiness, and their friends and family were truly enjoying every moment of the celebration. As a wedding photographer, these are the moments that make my job so rewarding.

Wedding film photography

I also decided to shoot some film at Trinity Buoy. The warm tones and soft textures of the film really added another layer of depth and authenticity to the photos. It was such a pleasure to work with a couple who appreciated the beauty and uniqueness of film photography. You can see more here:

Overall, my first wedding shoot at Trinity Buoy Wharf was an incredible experience. The venue, the couple, the ambiance – everything came together to create a truly magical day. I am so grateful to have been a part of it and to have the opportunity to capture these precious moments.

And Flossy gave me such a wonderful review – actually beaming right now!!

Sharron, we think you are the absolute best and a true rockstar!! So talented, so kind and just a wizard with the camera. Words can’t describe how dreamy our special day came out through your lens!!! Thank you for making our big day everything we dreamed of. Lucy and yourself were just the perfect combo to capture our big day, so thank you!!! We would highly recommend Sharron 1000000 times over to make that special day come to life!
