Alix and Dan’s The Elvetham Hotel wedding in Hampshire was so much fun to photograph from start to finish.
For a February wedding, they had the most incredible weather. Sunshine and warm enough to go into the glorious grounds for confetti and group photos. The Elvetham Hotel is a stunning, gothic venue and all the staff were so friendly and organised on the day, it was such a joy to work with them.
Gospel choir surprise
Dan had a arranged a sneaky surprise for Alix after dinner – a gospel choir to sing some of their favourites tunes. It was such a beautiful moment to observe. And the gospel choir were incredible.
And just when you think it couldn’t get any better – Alix and Dan had arranged fireworks for the evening’s entertainment – by the talented people at Pyromania Displays.
I was lucky enough to work alongside brilliant videographer Ben Foster from Foster Filming – and massive thanks to the ever-wonderful Clare West for second shooting with me.
Beautiful floral displays
Hair and make up was by Gemma Sutton and the beautiful flowers and awesome ceremony room decorations were by White Lilac Flowers.
Here’s a few of my favourites from the day.
