If you’re planning a wedding at Maryebone Town Hall in London, you’ll love this!
THIS wedding was brilliant. Patrick and Ruiming had a small, intimate wedding with just 20 guests earlier this year – but they packed in full to the brim with delights and treats for their nearest and dearest. They started off getting ready at the beautiful Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel in Bloomsbury. And I was so happy to see Ruiming’s Vivienne Westwood statement dress. It was truly stunning and fitted beautifully.
The I Do’s at Marylebone Town Hall
The ceremony was held in the beautiful Soho Room at OMTH. I haven’t even mentioned their gorgeous fluff ball of a dog who bought the rings in. And maybe just a little stole the show and everyone’s heart!
After the ceremony and few photos on the iconic steps outside OMTH, the guests and myself headed off to have a whistle-stop tour of some of the couples favourites sights around London.
Beautiful London
First stop was photos at the wonderful Chalcot Gardens – pretty coloured townhouses where Paddington lived in the film version. From there we walked up to Primrose Hill for a view of London Town, we then hopped on the bus just before the rain came down!
The couple wanted their guests to enjoy a true British drinks bar – so headed to Oche on The Strand for nibbles and a few drinks. Can I just say – this was the funkiest darts bar I have ever been too! Who knew darts could be so much fun!
Muse
With evening called – Ruiming and Patrick had planned a knock it out of the park surprise dinner at the sublime Muse by Tom Aikens. Cocktails, cake, more cocktails and the gang finally sat down for dinner. And time for me to head home.
What a day. Truly inspirational.
